Mike Tyson, the former Heavyweight Champion of the World, is getting his own television show on Animal Planet about pigeon racing. Yes, pigeon racing.
The show, ?Taking on Tyson,? will be a six-part documentary about Tyson going back to the Brooklyn neighborhood where he grew up so that he can race pigeons.
"This is what we do. Our lives are dedicated to pigeons, even when I have been fighting or getting locked up," Tyson told TV reporters on Thursday. "This is not no hobby. This is something we are going to do until the day we die."
To be honest, nothing surprises me with Mike Tyson anymore. However, this might be the most watched show in Animal Planet history.
