This week the NFL owners voted to move the starting point of kickoffs from the 30-yard line to the 35-yard line. However, touchbacks will remain at the 20-yard line. This puts a dent into one of the most exciting plays in all of football. Touchbacks are likely to soar, that is if we even have a season.
